Super Screws has inaugurated a new state-of-the-art greenfield manufacturing facility in Bawal, marking a significant expansion of its production capabilities in the fastener manufacturing sector.
The facility has been designed as a fully integrated backward-to-forward manufacturing ecosystem, covering the entire production chain from raw material processing to finished products. According to the company, the integrated setup is expected to improve quality control, operational efficiency and supply reliability.
The plant is equipped with advanced cold forging lines, integrated heat treatment and surface treatment systems, as well as automated inspection technologies to support precision engineering and large-scale manufacturing. The new unit will enable the company to produce fasteners ranging from M2 to M28 and lengths up to 500 mm, catering to a wide range of industrial applications, including high-performance engineering sectors.
The expansion is also expected to support Super Screws’ entry into high-technology and precision-engineered components, further strengthening its end-to-end manufacturing capabilities under a unified platform.
Built in line with environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles, the Bawal facility incorporates energy-efficient systems, optimised resource utilisation, waste management processes and stringent safety standards.
The company said the new manufacturing plant is expected to substantially enhance its production scale, operational agility and global competitiveness, while strengthening its ability to serve both domestic and international markets.
