VNL’s Hyderabad Expansion: Phase II Officially Complete

Valencia Nutrition (VNL) has inaugurated Phase II of its PET bottle manufacturing facility in Hyderabad, marking an important milestone in the company’s expansion strategy.

The facility, operated through its subsidiary Valencia Beverages and Superwater (VBSW), comprises two manufacturing units. Unit I was fully commissioned on August 15, 2025, while Unit II was completed on January 14, 2026. Both units form a key part of VBSW’s plan to establish 27 integrated beverage manufacturing plants across India and will support the production of Bounce Superdrinks and its category brands, including Vitafizz, Pulpify, and Powerplay.

The inauguration was led by Manish Turakhia, Visionary Promoter of VNL, who said, “This plant is a critical step in our roadmap for mass-market expansion.” Unit I has a bottling capacity of 2,10,000 bottles per day, while Unit II houses Telangana’s largest hybrid hot-fill juice-line system with a capacity of 3,00,000 bottles per day. Together, the two units offer a combined bottling capacity of 5,10,000 bottles per day, providing a strong foundation for future growth.
