Accenture Bets Big on Pune with Massive ₹355 Crore Office Deal

In a significant expansion of its Indian operations, Accenture Solutions has secured approximately 3.45 lakh sq. ft. of prime office space at the Phoenix Millennium Towers in Wakad, Pune. The deal, finalized through two separate agreements with Alyssum Developers, spans nearly 10 years and represents a total rental commitment of approximately Rs 355.4 crore.

The global technology and consulting giant will occupy floors 13 through 17, anchoring its presence in one of India’s premier technology and Global Capability Center (GCC) hubs. This move closely follows Accenture's recent large-scale leasing activity in Hyderabad, reinforcing its commitment to scaling operations in high-growth Indian tech corridors.
