Anchored in Excellence: The SCI & Synergy Marine Partnership

A subsidiary of the Shipping Corporation of India has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Synergy Marine Group to collaborate on maritime capability development, training, and knowledge exchange.

In the initial phase, Shipping Corporation of India Lands and Assets Ltd, through its maritime training institute, will partner with Synergy Marine to launch a Diploma in Nautical Studies programme. The initiative is designed to equip cadets with the skills required to meet the operational, safety, and regulatory demands of the modern shipping industry.

A joint working group comprising representatives from both organisations will oversee the implementation of the MoU, focusing on curriculum alignment, training delivery, and the execution of various collaborative initiatives under the partnership framework.
