Arihant Superstructures Soars with Strategic Expansion in Q1 FY26

Arihant Superstructures Ltd. (ASL), a prominent real estate developer in the affordable and mid-income housing segment, reported robust expansion in Q1 FY26.

The company acquired 11 acres at its ‘Town Villas’ project, scaling the total area to 88 acres, and an additional 1.5 acres for a five-star hotel at ‘World Villas’, bringing that development to 90 acres. ASL also received Occupancy Certificates (OCs) for Arihant Anmol and Arihant Clan Aalishan, enabling the delivery of 803 units across 723,635 sq. ft. of built-up area.

Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, ASL currently has 19 ongoing projects across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Jodhpur, with a total development potential of ₹12,500 crore, comprising 17,500 units over 18 million sq. ft.

Approximately 75% of ASL's projects are strategically located within a 10–30 minute radius of the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport. About 19% of its developments follow an asset-light model, spread across 12 high-growth micro-markets.

Building on its legacy of delivering over 12,000 units across 62 projects, ASL has also entered the luxury real estate space, including villa developments, a five-star hotel, and a sports gymkhana, reinforcing its diversified growth strategy.
