AU QUASAR: Bengaluru’s New Hub for Quantum Excellence

Bengaluru-based quantum computing firm QpiAI has entered into a partnership with Alliance University to set up the AU QUASAR (Quantum AI School for Advanced Research) quantum computing experience centre at the university’s Electronic City campus.

The collaboration was announced in the presence of Manjula N, IAS, Secretary to the Government, Department of Electronics, Information Technology, Biotechnology, and Science & Technology, Government of Karnataka.

Under the agreement, QpiAI will install its QVidya 8-qubit superconducting quantum system along with the QpiAI Explorer platform at the AU QUASAR facility. The centre is intended to broaden access to quantum computing infrastructure, offering academic institutions, enterprises, and government organisations opportunities for hands-on learning, experimentation, and advanced research in quantum technologies.
