Brookfield REIT Expands Mumbai Footprint with Delphi Acquisition

Kairos Properties—a special purpose vehicle of Brookfield India Real Estate Trust—has entered into an agreement to acquire office condominium units spanning two floors in the Delphi commercial building in Powai, Mumbai. This strategic acquisition enhances Brookfield India REIT’s footprint and ownership in the complex, supporting its ongoing objective to consolidate prime commercial real estate holdings across major business districts. The transaction is projected to close in the third quarter of fiscal year 2027.
