Elevating Pune Living: Vibe Realty's Premium NIBM Development

Vibe Realty (VRPL), under the leadership of seasoned real estate expert Gopal Sarda, has announced its entry into Pune’s real estate market through the acquisition of a joint development project in the sought-after NIBM locality. This marks VRPL’s debut in Pune and a significant step forward in the company’s growth journey.

Spanning eight acres, the Pune project offers a saleable area of 1.03 million sq. ft. and will feature over 750 premium residential units. With a projected sales value of over ₹650 crore, the development is set to redefine urban living with a curated range of lifestyle amenities, including a 12,000+ sq. ft. clubhouse, state-of-the-art gym, swimming pool, and extensive green spaces. VRPL plans to launch the project in the second half of the current financial year.

Further reinforcing its portfolio, VRPL recently secured its fourth redevelopment project in Mumbai — a 4,000 sq. mtr. plot in Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West. With a development potential of approximately 3.5 lakh sq. ft., the project is expected to generate revenue exceeding ₹290 crore.

With these additions, VRPL’s development pipeline now stands at 2.7 million sq. ft. across key micro-markets in Pune and Mumbai. The portfolio includes earlier strategic acquisitions in Khar West, Bandra East, Andheri East, and Goregaon West. Collectively, these projects represent an estimated gross development value (GDV) of over ₹2,000 crore, with inventory worth ₹1,100 crore slated for launch within the next 90 days.
