Mumbai-based real estate developer Inspira Realty, a subsidiary of Inspira Global, has unveiled plans to undertake eight to ten redevelopment projects across key western and southern suburbs of the city. Spanning a total construction area of approximately four million sq. ft., these initiatives are projected to generate a gross development value (GDV) of ₹5,000 crore over the next three to five years.
The company has already kickstarted the financial year by signing two development agreements in Borivali and is actively negotiating further acquisitions. Currently, Inspira Realty has over two million sq. ft. under development across eight projects located in Vile Parle, Malad, Borivali, and surrounding areas.
Commenting on the expansion, Aayush Madhusudan Agrawal, Founder and Director of Inspira Realty, stated: “Redevelopment is reshaping Mumbai’s real estate landscape. With our expanding pipeline and upcoming acquisitions, we remain committed to transforming aging societies into premium, modern living spaces.”
This strategic growth underscores Inspira Realty’s rising presence in Mumbai’s high-value redevelopment segment, complementing its existing luxury residential portfolio and focus on urban renewal.
