Gateway to Growth: Singapore Firm to Shape Mumbai 3.0

The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has partnered with Singapore-based Surbana Jurong Infrastructure to craft a comprehensive master plan for Mumbai 3.0 (Third Mumbai).

Spanning 323.44 square kilometers across 124 villages in the Raigad district (Panvel, Uran, and Pen talukas), the project aims to build a dynamic new integrated urban and economic center. Strategically positioned near key infrastructure like the Atal Setu, Navi Mumbai International Airport, and Jawaharlal Nehru Port, the development will focus on modern land use, housing, logistics, and civic amenities through a structured planning framework and stakeholder consultations.
