Gwalior’s Great Clean-Up: ₹130Cr Sewerage Tender Now Open

The Gwalior Municipal Corporation has invited bids for a comprehensive sewerage network project in the Gwalior municipal area of Madhya Pradesh.

The scope of work includes providing, laying, jointing, testing, and commissioning sewerage infrastructure, along with the construction of manholes, sewer appurtenances, treated water sumps, pumping stations, and associated road restoration works. The project also covers providing house sewer connections for 11,919 units, including the construction of collecting chambers for residential properties, public toilets, commercial establishments, and institutional buildings.

The contract, valued at ₹130.28 crore, additionally includes operation and maintenance (O&M) responsibilities under the AMRUT 2.0 for a period of 10 years following successful commissioning of the project.

The last date for submission of bids has been set as 05 June 2026.
