IIT Mandi Invites Tenders for Campus Development Project

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mandi has floated a tender for Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services to oversee the planning, design, and development of key infrastructure projects on its campus.

The scope includes the construction of:

New academic blocks, Two-BHK and three-BHK housing, A student activity centre, including a sports complex, Associated infrastructure and utilities

The selected PMC will appoint a design consultant, in coordination with IIT Mandi, to prepare bid-ready proposals. The design brief covers:

Architectural planning, landscaping, and horticulture, Roads, drainage, slope protection, and structural design, MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning), Low-voltage systems like CCTV, LAN, and other essential infrastructure elements

The total contract duration is 72 months—36 months for project execution and 36 months for the defect liability period (DLP).

The last date for bid submission is 20 August 2025.
