India's New Transport Vision: RITES and iSky Ink Deal

RITES Ltd, a leading transport infrastructure consultancy, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Bengaluru-based iSky Transport Systems to jointly explore and implement advanced transport infrastructure projects across India.

The collaboration will focus on developing sustainable urban mobility, container logistics, and material handling systems, aiming to deliver eco-friendly, cost-effective, and efficient transport solutions. The partnership brings together RITES’s proven expertise in infrastructure planning and execution with iSky’s Suspended String Rail Technology and innovative transport models.

The two organisations will co-develop projects that leverage their complementary strengths in engineering innovation, green mobility, and urban transport modernisation. The initiative aligns with India’s broader goal of advancing next-generation mobility solutions and building resilient logistics ecosystems.

Through this MoU, RITES and iSky aim to introduce scalable, future-ready transport infrastructure, enhancing urban connectivity and driving logistics efficiency across key growth sectors.
