Indore’s Silicon Surge: ₹300 Cr Chip Design & R&D Hub Sets Sail

In a major boost to Madhya Pradesh’s technology sector, seven companies have proposed investments surpassing ₹300 crore to set up operations at IT Park-4 in Pardesipura, Indore. The Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation (MPSEDC) has issued Letters of Intent (LoIs) allocating nearly 45,000 sq. ft. of plug-and-play office space.

The allottees comprise Singapore-based H-Semi Products and six Indian tech firms, with activities spanning semiconductor chip design, research and development, testing, and digital operations. Together, these projects are projected to generate around 1,500 jobs. Among the top space recipients, ADT Semiconductors—associated with Maven Silicon—has been allotted 16,508 sq. ft. for semiconductor design and research, creating an estimated 500 positions.
