Bharat Forge and VVDN Technologies have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to explore a strategic collaboration across the automotive, defence, and data centre technology sectors.
The proposed partnership will focus on jointly tapping opportunities in next-generation technologies, including advanced automotive systems, defence platforms, artificial intelligence (AI), and data centre infrastructure.
Under the arrangement, Bharat Forge will contribute its strengths in advanced manufacturing and precision engineering, while VVDN Technologies will leverage its expertise in electronics design, embedded software, systems integration, and manufacturing services.
The alliance aims to combine complementary capabilities to develop integrated, high-value technology solutions for both domestic and global markets.
