Naidu Inaugurates ₹1,520 Crore E3 Seed Access Road and Steel Bridge

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has officially inaugurated the strategic E3 Seed Access Road and an accompanying steel bridge in the Guntur district. Engineered to accelerate development and improve transit to the state’s greenfield capital, the massive ₹1,520 crore project introduces a state-of-the-art 22-kilometre, nine-lane corridor. Designed with modern urban infrastructure—including dedicated BRTS lanes, underground utilities, cycle tracks, and a green belt—the project seamlessly integrates with Amaravati’s broader grid road network. Furthermore, the newly constructed 478-metre steel bridge over the Buckingham Canal at Undavalli bridges critical gaps, promising significantly smoother commutes between Vijayawada and Amaravati while relieving chronic congestion on the Krishna River embankment road.
