NBCC (India) Ltd has secured two domestic work orders with a combined value of about ₹42.55 crore, excluding GST, further expanding its project management consultancy (PMC) portfolio across institutional and commercial infrastructure segments.
The first contract, valued at nearly ₹6.92 crore, has been awarded by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Nandurbar-I in Maharashtra. The project involves the construction of an additional academic block along with staff residential quarters to strengthen educational infrastructure at the campus.
The second and larger order, worth around ₹35.63 crore, has been awarded by Indian Bank for the development of office premises in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh. Under the PMC model, NBCC will oversee the construction of corporate office space at Plot No. 94, Uddandarayunipalem, further enhancing its presence in the region’s growing administrative and commercial landscape.
The company said the projects reinforce its role in executing infrastructure development assignments for public institutions and commercial entities across emerging growth centres in India.
