Nirala World’s ₹525 Cr Bet on the Future of Retail

Nirala World has announced plans to invest ₹525 crore in the development of a premium shopping mall project in Greater Noida as part of its broader expansion strategy in the commercial real estate sector.

The company will develop the project, named Nirala Diadem, on a 2.5-acre land parcel in Greater Noida.

According to the company, around ₹175 crore has already been invested towards land acquisition, while an additional ₹350 crore will be allocated for construction and development activities.

The upcoming mall project is aimed at strengthening Nirala World’s footprint in the commercial real estate market while addressing the rising retail and lifestyle demand in the Greater Noida region.
