Oberoi Realty Lands Prime Nepean Sea Road Redev. Deal.

Oberoi Realty has signed a development agreement for the redevelopment of a prime land parcel measuring 4,706 sq. mtrs. on Nepean Sea Road, Mumbai.

The company’s share of the free-sale component from the project is estimated at approximately 1.18 lakh sq. ft. (RERA carpet area), in line with the Development Control & Promotion Regulations for Greater Mumbai, 2034, and other applicable laws. The redevelopment is expected to enhance Oberoi Realty’s portfolio and strengthen its presence in one of Mumbai’s most coveted neighborhoods.

The project will be executed in compliance with local regulations, catering to the city’s growing demand for premium real estate, and is anticipated to reinforce Oberoi Realty’s leadership in Mumbai’s luxury property segment.
