Om Infra Limited has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for a major water infrastructure project valued at ₹568.98 crore, awarded by the Water Resources Department, Chhattisgarh.
The scope of work includes the construction of the Mohmela Sirpur Barrage across the Mahanadi River in Arang tehsil (Raipur district), development of an allied pipe irrigation network, and five years of comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) post-completion. Designed to boost regional irrigation efficiency and support sustainable water resource management, the company is currently awaiting the official Letter of Intent (LoI) to begin execution.
