Paras Semiconductors Advances ₹6,200 Cr OSAT Vision in MP

Paras Semiconductors has reached a key milestone for its upcoming ₹6,200 crore advanced OSAT (semiconductor packaging) facility in the Ujjain–Indore industrial corridor, securing its first anchor clients and receiving formal Letters of Intent (LoIs). These commercial commitments will bolster the company's application for incentives under the Centre's India Semiconductor Mission (ISM) 2.0. Having secured a 50-acre land parcel from the Madhya Pradesh government, Paras Semiconductors is now finalizing state-level gap financing and incentives. Construction is projected to take 24 to 30 months, with initial production focused on high-demand segments: AI data center chips, AI edge ASICs, and specialized defense and space applications—substantially strengthening India’s domestic chip ecosystem.
