"Rs 120 Crore Transformation: Karnal's Unity Mall Tender Open"

Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has floated a tender for the development of Unity Mall in Sector-37, HSIIDC Industrial Estate, Karnal, Haryana.

The project scope includes planning, design, construction, testing, and commissioning, along with the establishment of an ESS, guard rooms, all civil and E&M services, and a solid waste management system featuring an automatic transfer system. The estimated project cost is Rs 120.92 crore, with a completion timeline of 24 months.

The deadline for bid submission is 07 April 2025.
