Singularity AMC's Green Bet: Rs 500 Crore into Bhilwara's Sustainable Tech

Singularity AMC, a leading growth equity firm backed by ace investor Madhusudan Kela and led by Yash Kela, has signed definitive agreements to invest up to Rs 500 crore in Bhilwara Energy.

The investment will support HEG Greentech, Bhilwara Energy’s integrated platform focused on renewable power assets, battery-grade anode materials, bottle-to-bottle recycling, graphene, and advanced battery systems for energy storage and electric vehicles.

The capital infusion will drive organic growth, greenfield projects, and strategic acquisitions & partnerships. Managing Director Riju Jhunjhunwala highlighted the investment’s role in scaling operations, fostering innovation, and accelerating India’s clean energy transition.
