SKF India Bets Big on Pune with ₹653 Crore Mega-Plant

SKF India (Industrial) Limited has announced plans to invest ₹653 crore in establishing a state-of-the-art “Factory of the Future” manufacturing facility in Pune.

Scheduled for completion by 2030, the proposed plant represents a significant expansion of the company’s advanced manufacturing capabilities in India. The investment highlights SKF India (Industrial)’s long-term commitment to digital transformation, sustainability, and strengthening resilient supply chains.

Designed as a lean, environmentally responsible, and digitally integrated manufacturing campus, the new facility is expected to substantially boost production capacity while setting new standards in operational efficiency, productivity, and environmental performance.
