TSF Group — comprising Wheels India Limited and Brakes India Private Limited — is planning to form a 50:50 joint venture with Bosch to develop and manufacture next-generation electronically controlled air system products for commercial vehicles, including trucks and buses, targeting global markets.
According to a statement issued by TSF Group, the proposed venture will focus on the engineering, production and sale of electronically controlled and software-enabled modules for air compression, air processing, air suspension and air parking brake systems.
The partnership is expected to combine Bosch’s expertise in electronics, software integration, sensing technologies and control systems with the mechanical engineering, pneumatic management architecture and manufacturing capabilities of Brakes India and Wheels India.
The collaboration is aimed at strengthening advanced commercial vehicle component manufacturing and supporting the growing shift toward intelligent, software-driven vehicle systems in global transportation markets.
