Sthiraa Ventures Unveils Khammam's First IT & Commercial Hub

Khammam city is poised for a significant transformation with the launch of its first IT and Commercial Hub by Sthiraa Ventures, led by Gummadapu Damodar Rao.

Named "Sthiraa Tech City," this ambitious project is being developed in Tallampadu along the Khammam-Hyderabad Highway. Designed as a DTCP-proposed venture, it will feature premium villa plots, residential enclaves, and commercial spaces, making it the city's first large-scale residential project aimed at fostering the IT and business sectors.

During the launch on March 30, 2025, Gummadapu Damodar Rao emphasized, "This project will further strengthen trade relations between Khammam and Hyderabad." With its strategic highway location, Sthiraa Tech City is set to unlock new opportunities for economic and infrastructural growth in Khammam.
