Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation (TIDCO) has approved investments of ₹25 crore each in electric mobility start-up Raptee Energy and space technology start-up Agnikul Cosmos in exchange for minority equity stakes. The approvals were granted by the TIDCO board on Saturday under the TIDCO Startup Investment Policy 2025.
The investments represent the first funding allocations made through the newly introduced policy, according to Tamil Nadu Industries Minister TRB Rajaa.
Rajaa presented the investment approval letters to Dinesh Arjun, CEO and co-founder of Raptee Energy, and Srinath Ravichandran, CEO and co-founder of Agnikul Cosmos.
