Kaynes Technology is scaling up its semiconductor footprint by potentially planning a USD 1 billion investment under India's upcoming ISM 2.0 programme—three times its initial ISM 1.0 outlay. With its inaugural facility transitioning to commercial production and an advanced packaging and micro-LED plant underway in Gujarat, the company has projected Rs 250 crore to Rs 300 crore in FY27 revenue, backed by Rs 100 crore in confirmed orders. This reflects a broader surge in India's semiconductor ecosystem as firms capture domestic demand and secure global export contracts.
