Arisinfra Solutions’ subsidiary, ArisUnitern RE Solutions, has partnered with Transcon Group as the Developer-as-a-Service (DaaS) provider for Transcon UNO, a premium commercial redevelopment project in Kalina, Mumbai. Featuring high-end retail and office spaces, this marks Unitern’s second mandate with the Transcon Group, pushing its total DaaS portfolio past Rs 2,500 crore for execution over the next 30 months. With RERA and all regulatory approvals in place, construction and sales are launching immediately, utilizing the proprietary ARIS platform for direct material supply.
