Urban Evolution: HUDCO and NIUA Join Forces

HUDCO and the National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA) have partnered under the CITIIS 2.0 Technical Assistance Grant to advance climate-resilient and sustainable urban development across India. Signed by HUDCO CMD Sanjay Kulshrestha and NIUA Director Dr. Debolina Kundu, this collaboration focuses on strengthening the investment capacity of Urban Local Bodies (ULBs). By prioritizing circular economy initiatives, innovative financing, and bankable infrastructure projects, the partnership aims to align with the Government of India’s Viksit Bharat vision and ensure cities are equipped to meet future environmental and financial challenges.
