Waste to Wonder: Silvassa’s Integrated Infrastructure Tender

The Silvassa Municipal Council has issued a tender for the appointment of an engineer-cum–project management consultant to support the development of integrated solid waste management projects.

The projects will be implemented under the design–build–finance–operate–transfer (DBFOT) model. The selected consultant will oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, construction, and operational phases, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to sustainability standards. The initiative is aimed at strengthening Silvassa’s waste management infrastructure and promoting environmentally responsible practices.

The consultancy assignment will be for a period of five years, during which the consultant will monitor project performance and ensure that the intended objectives are achieved. The deadline for submission of bids is 30 January 2026.
