The Maharashtra Cabinet Sub-Committee for Industry, chaired by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, has approved 17 projects signed with Maharashtra at the World Economic Forum (WEF) 2025 in Davos.
These projects will receive additional special incentives under thrust sector and advanced technology policies, along with benefits from the collective incentive scheme.
Additionally, two other projects will receive special incentives based on their investment. The total investment from these 19 projects is estimated at ₹3,92,056 crore, expected to generate 1,11,725 direct jobs and approximately 2.5 to 3 lakh indirect jobs.
Among the 51 MoUs related to the Department of Industry at Davos 2025, 17 projects have been approved by the Cabinet Sub-Committee. In the past two months, 9 more projects received approval, bringing the total number of approved projects to 26.
