GP Petroleums JV Bags Major IOCL Bitumen Operation in Gujarat

GP Petroleums Ltd has announced that its joint venture company, Amron Oil Resources Pvt Ltd (a 50:50 partnership with West Coast Oils LLP), has been selected by Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) to operate its new bitumen cell at Pipavav, Gujarat.

Inaugurated under IndianOil’s SPRINT 2026 Mission Excellence initiative, the facility officially commenced bulk bitumen dispatches on June 4, 2026. The strategic location near Pipavav port is set to significantly optimize logistics and supply chains for regional infrastructure projects. Amron, which specializes in high-performance road construction materials including bitumen emulsions, PMB, and CRMB, expects the collaboration to deeply expand its footprint in India's rapidly growing infrastructure sector.
