SECL Invites Bids for 10-Year Mahamaya OCP Mining Contract

South Eastern Coalfields (SECL) has invited bids for a 10-year comprehensive mining services contract at the Mahamaya Open Cast Project (OCP) in the Bhatgaon area of Maharashtra.

The scope of work includes overburden removal, material handling and transportation, along with the deployment and operation of heavy earth-moving machinery (HEMM), including excavators and tippers. The contract is aimed at strengthening mining operations, improving resource extraction and supporting sustained coal production at the Mahamaya OCP.

Interested bidders can submit their proposals by 28 August 2026.
