Lord’s Mark Industries: Transforming India’s Health Landscape

Lord’s Mark Industries, under the leadership of Managing Director Sachidanand Upadhyay, has announced a series of proposed healthcare initiatives across India following discussions held at the World Economic Forum (WEF) 2026 in Davos.

The engagements have led to a combination of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and projects currently under evaluation in partnership with various state governments. In Maharashtra, the company has proposed two projects with a total investment of ₹225 crore. These include a ₹150 crore affordable healthcare infrastructure project, expected to commence in May 2026, and a ₹75 crore medical device manufacturing initiative in Mahape and Nagpur, scheduled to begin in September 2026.

In Uttar Pradesh, three projects have been formalized under MoUs, including a ₹300 crore affordable healthcare diagnostics project to be implemented under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, with work slated to start in July 2026.

Additionally, the company is exploring a ₹100 crore healthcare project in Kerala and is in discussions with the Assam government regarding a potential medical infrastructure initiative. MD Upadhyay stated that these proposed projects are intended to strengthen and complement existing public healthcare infrastructure while enhancing regional healthcare capacity.
