Nashik to Get a New 200-Bed, Multi-Specialty Hospital from UniHealth

UniHealth Hospitals, a global healthcare provider with a strong presence across Africa, has announced its second facility in India—a 200-bed, state-of-the-art multi-specialty tertiary care hospital in Nashik, Maharashtra.

Slated for commissioning in early 2026, UMC Hospital, Nashik, is designed to serve as a next-generation healthcare destination for North Maharashtra and surrounding regions. The facility will be equipped with advanced medical technology, modern infrastructure, and comprehensive specialty services.

Key features include advanced ICUs, a cardiac catheterization lab, four modular operating theatres—including a robotic OT—and a range of in-patient accommodations. The hospital will offer diagnostics, radiology, rehabilitation, and round-the-clock emergency care.

This expansion is part of UniHealth’s integrated growth strategy in healthcare, complementing the upcoming 52-bed UMC Hospital in Navi Mumbai (opening October 2025) and the 20-bed UMC Health Center in Mwanza, Tanzania. Together, these facilities underscore UniHealth’s commitment to delivering accessible, affordable, and world-class healthcare across geographies.
