The ₹320 Crore Cure: Chhattisgarh’s Newest Healthcare Milestone

The Chhattisgarh Medical Services Corporation Limited has invited bids for a large-scale healthcare infrastructure project to develop a government medical college and allied facilities in village Charaidand, Duldula block, Jashpur.

The project will be executed on an EPC Mode-1 basis, covering end-to-end responsibilities including planning, design, engineering, procurement, and construction, along with one year of operation and maintenance after completion. The development will include a fully integrated medical college campus with associated infrastructure, encompassing civil, electrical, mechanical, and utility systems required for a functional medical education institution.

The total construction period has been set at 24 months. The selected contractor will be required to adhere to prescribed standards for both healthcare and academic infrastructure, ensuring operational readiness and regulatory compliance upon completion.

The estimated cost of the project is ₹319.66 crore, with bids due by 20 May 2026.
