The Planning Department Uttar Pradesh has issued a tender for a major construction project in Ballia.
The project involves the design, engineering, and construction of an autonomous state medical college aimed at strengthening medical education infrastructure in the region. The proposed development will include modern academic and administrative facilities to support high-quality healthcare education and training.
The contract carries an estimated value of ₹364 crore. The construction work is scheduled to be completed within 24 months, followed by a three-year defect liability period during which the contractor will be responsible for addressing any construction-related defects.
The initiative is part of the Uttar Pradesh government’s broader efforts to enhance infrastructure across key sectors such as education and public services. The last date for submission of bids is June 10, 2026.
