Vimag Labs Launches Commercial Production at Jhajjar Facility

Vimag Labs has officially inaugurated manufacturing operations at its first dedicated 10,000 sq. ft. facility located in Met City, Jhajjar, Haryana. Marking a major operational milestone, the company has completed and exported its first commercial production batch from the site.

The modern plant is designed to manufacture and assemble high-performance electric motors, control systems, and advanced propulsion systems, including Vimag Labs’ proprietary magnet-free motor technology. Equipped with clean-room environments, Industry 4.0 automation, IoT-enabled monitoring, and complete digital production traceability, the plant establishes a high standard for smart manufacturing.

As part of its long-term growth strategy, Vimag Labs plans a phased manufacturing investment of approximately ₹50 crore across India, scaling with customer demand and production requirements. The company aims to ramp up total manufacturing capacity to 10,000 motor and control systems per month, with future product roadmaps including high-power systems rated at 570 kW and above.
