Adani's Mumbai Mega-Move: Wins 143-Acre Motilal Nagar Bid!

Adani Properties has secured the highest bid for the Motilal Nagar redevelopment project in Mumbai, its second major venture following Dharavi.

Spanning 143 acres in Goregaon West, the project will transform existing housing into modern apartments and integrated communities. Adani outbid L&T by offering 3.97 million sq. meters to the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA).

MHADA will oversee the ₹36,000 crore project, designated as a 'special project' by the state government. A letter of allotment (LoA) is expected to be issued soon.
