The Maharashtra government has approved a developer to execute the cluster redevelopment of Ramkrishna Nagar in Khar West. Originally built by MHADA in 1985, the aging and dilapidated colony will be replaced with modern housing and infrastructure. Eligible residents will receive proper rehabilitation tenements, and a high-powered committee chaired by the Housing Department Secretary has been authorized to fast-track the project.
