Brigade’s Big Move: The ₹7,200Cr Township Expansion

Brigade Group has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for an 8.63-acre land parcel in Gunjur, East Bengaluru, advancing its large-scale residential project in the Whitefield–Sarjapur corridor.

This agreement supports the development of a planned 39-acre integrated township in the area, primarily focused on residential offerings, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of around ₹7,200 crore.

The company noted that the overall land assembly for the township is being carried out through a combination of outright purchases and joint development agreements. The latest JDA marks a key milestone, enabling the next phase of execution for the project.

With this move, Brigade Group continues to strengthen its presence in East Bengaluru, a rapidly growing real estate market driven by rising demand for integrated residential communities.
