Jalandhar's AGI Smart Homes-II Extension Gets RERA Approval

AGI Infra has secured registration approval from the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Punjab, for its group housing project, AGI Smart Homes-II Extension, located in Village Pholriwal, Jalandhar. The approval, granted under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, enables the company to proceed with the sale of flats in the project, supporting its revenue generation efforts.

AGI Infra is a leading real estate developer in Punjab, engaged in residential and commercial construction. Over the past two decades, the company has delivered approximately 87.34 lakh sq. ft. of built-up space across the state.
