M3M Launches GIC: 150 Acres, $12,000 Cr., One Mega City.

M3M India has officially launched Gurgaon International City (GIC), a 150-acre urban development along the Dwarka Expressway Link Road.

The company plans an investment of ₹7,200 crore, with projected revenue of ₹12,000 crore. GIC marks M3M India’s strategic entry into integrated townships, blending residential, commercial, industrial, and tech-driven zones within a ‘Live-Work-Unwind’ framework. The first 50-acre phase, RERA-approved and featuring 300 plots, will focus on technology businesses, light manufacturing, and clean industries.

The development is strategically positioned near Reliance MET City and will integrate innovation hubs, data centres, EV infrastructure, and premium residences. “We aim to position GIC as part of NCR’s emerging innovation and investment belt,” the company said, highlighting its connectivity to major expressways, Delhi Airport, and key industrial zones
