Modis Navnirman Limited (MNL) has been appointed as the redevelopment partner for Neel Kiran Co-operative Housing Society (CHSL), a residential society located in Khar West, Mumbai.
The appointment follows a developer selection process conducted by the society, during which members chose MNL to undertake the redevelopment of the property. The proposed project is estimated to have a gross development value (GDV) of approximately ₹250 crore and is expected to further strengthen the company’s presence in Mumbai’s western suburban redevelopment market.
The redevelopment will focus on creating modern residential infrastructure, enhanced amenities, and an improved living environment for existing residents. The project aligns with MNL’s strategy of delivering high-quality urban redevelopment projects that optimise land use while contributing to the renewal of established residential neighbourhoods. Implementation of the project remains subject to the execution of definitive agreements and receipt of all necessary approvals from the society and relevant regulatory authorities.
Commenting on the development, Dinesh Modi, Chairman and Managing Director of Modis Navnirman Limited, stated that the company remains committed to creating developments that improve residents’ quality of life, maximise the potential of urban land parcels, and contribute positively to the surrounding community. He added that MNL looks forward to working closely with the members of Neel Kiran CHSL and other stakeholders to deliver a landmark residential development in Khar West.
