Modis Navnirman’s Newest Milestone: Rashmi Icon

Modis Navnirman, a fast-growing real estate developer based in Mumbai, has marked a key milestone with the Bhoomi Poojan ceremony for its upcoming project, Rashmi Icon.

The mixed-use development is located at Shankar Gully, Orlem, Malad (West), and will feature a combination of residential and commercial spaces, positioning it as a prominent new landmark in the area. Spread over 4,744.40 sq m, Rashmi Icon will comprise three residential wings offering 201 contemporary homes, along with 17 commercial shops, podium parking, and a dedicated amenities floor.
