New Chennai Buildings: SBI Tender for Project Manager

The State Bank of India (SBI) has issued a tender inviting bids for the appointment of a Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the proposed development of office and residential buildings at Stephenson Road, Perambur, Chennai.

The selected PMC will be responsible for end-to-end project oversight, including planning, design coordination, quality assurance, compliance with statutory norms, scheduling, and ensuring timely execution. The tender outlines technical expertise, prior experience in similar institutional and residential EPC projects, and resource strength as key evaluation criteria.

Interested firms and consultants must submit their bids by 30 September 2025.
