Prestige Estates' Big H2 Play: ₹40,000 Cr in New Residential Launches

Capitalising on surging festive demand, Prestige Estates Projects has announced an aggressive launch pipeline of Rs 40,000 crore for the second half of FY27. According to Chairman Irfan Razack, the strategy marks a 2.5-fold surge over the April–September period (which saw Rs 16,200 crore worth of launches across 23.14 million sq. ft.). The upcoming developments will span major urban centers like Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai, further strengthening the developer's extensive portfolio which already includes 319 delivered projects and a robust pipeline of 137 ongoing and upcoming projects.
