BMRCL Awards ₹55.48 Cr Contract for Central Silk Board Travellator

The Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (BMRCL) has awarded a ₹55.48 crore contract to Milan Road Buildtech LLP for designing and constructing a new travellator and connecting pedestrian walkway at the high-traffic Central Silk Board junction.

Aimed at boosting last-mile connectivity and easing congestion at one of the city's busiest transit hubs, the project involves critical civil, structural, and engineering works. This strategic investment underscores BMRCL's ongoing commitment to enhancing commuter experience and modernizing supporting infrastructure across Bengaluru's expanding metro network.
