Real estate major DLF has signed a collaboration agreement to secure 7.48 acres of land on Golf Course Extension Road in Gurugram, Haryana. Contiguous to the 28.5-acre parcel acquired two years prior, the new acquisition elevates DLF’s landholding in the micro-market to around 36 acres. This acquisition enables DLF to design a larger integrated master plan, reinforcing its competitive position alongside active regional players like TARC, Max Estates, and Anant Raj.
